Product Strategist - Agile Project Management

A key role in our organization is the Product Strategist. This professional is responsible for translating product vision into actionable project plans, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality features on time.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and facilitate the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Own and maintain the project plan for assigned engineering team
  • Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Requirements Clarification: Provide clarification and deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the definition of done and original requirements
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and broader product team
  • Technical Empathy: Understand technical implications of product decisions and work with engineering team to manage technical debt

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience working directly with Agile development team and managing project backlog
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Computer Science)
