Job Title: Enterprise VMware Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Windows VMware Engineer to join our team as an Enterprise VMware Solutions Architect. This role involves designing and implementing Windows server architecture solutions, developing software, managing integration processes, and overseeing architectural design projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, specifically with versions 2016/2019/2022. They should also have expertise in VMware administration, strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy, as well as user access management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining server infrastructures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery.

  • 8+ years of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
  • VMware administration experience
  • Strong in Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy
  • User Access Management (users/groups/roles)
  • Shell scripting (create and manage scripts)
  • Infrastructure Automation using Ansible / Terraform
  • Sound understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with server hardware, cloud platforms, Linux server administration, backup tools, and security tools.

  • Server hardware experience: Cisco UCS, HPe Synergy, HPe DL360
  • Experience in cloud platforms: Azure / GCP
  • Exposure to Linux server administration
  • Familiar with backup tools like Veeam, Cohesity
  • Experience with security tools: Qualys, CyberArk, SentinelOne
