SAP CCM Solutions Expert

Become an expert in the SAP Customer Complaints Management (CCM) module and take your career to the next level.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP CCM module, its functionalities, processes, and integration points. They will be responsible for configuring condition contracts, setting up and managing various condition contracts, integrating with other SAP modules like Sales and Distribution, analyzing contract and pricing data, diagnosing and resolving issues related to condition contracts and settlements, designing solutions for complex scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders, training end-users, and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Configure condition contracts, condition types, access sequences, and condition tables with expertise.
  • Set up and manage condition contracts, including rebates, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
  • Integrate with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Analyze contract and pricing data for accurate calculations and settlements.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to condition contracts and settlements.
  • Design solutions for complex scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and senior management.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Migrate S4 HANA projects.
