Lead Contract Analyst


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support our Maintenance Solutions Department in enhancing contracts management performance across its Global Manufacturing portfolio. The role emphasizes developing and deploying assessment programs, benchmarking performance, and recommending improvement strategies in contract planning, procurement, and administration.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of contracts management experience in Oil & Gas industrial environment (Maintenance contract).
  • Experience in contracts advisory, assessing and evaluating contracts management performances.
  • Develop contracts management assessments framework and processes and conduct Maintenance health assessments in line with organization objectives.
  • Familiarity with contracting process and ability to develop assessments programs in the field of contracts management.
