Auto Loan Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Auto Loan Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with auto dealers and their sales teams, and ensuring timely loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new auto loan customers through various channels, including dealerships, digital platforms, and direct marketing efforts.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with auto dealers and their sales teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Explaining auto loan products, features, interest rates, and EMI plans to customers and suggesting suitable financing options based on their requirements.

  • Collecting and verifying pre-disbursement documents, coordinating with credit and operations teams for loan login, approval, and disbursement, and resolving customer-related issues.

  • Maintaining MIS and submitting daily/weekly reports to supervisors, achieving monthly disbursement and productivity targets, and ensuring full compliance with internal audit and RBI/KYC norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of auto loan products (new and used vehicles) and ability to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, loan origination systems, and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently under target-driven conditions and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
