Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving investment advisory, portfolio management, asset allocation and risk profiling.

As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized investment strategies.

  • You will conduct fundamental and technical analysis of equities and alternative investments, understand debt securities and yield to maturity (YTM) calculations, and compare investment options such as corporate bonds, NCDs, and mutual funds.

  • Developing portfolio allocation strategies, performing AI powered risk profiling using our Virtual Risk Analyser and understanding your behavioural biases, creating a portfolio of assets allocating virtual money to buy equities, debt, ETFs and alternative investments such as REITs, INVITs etc. with near live price feeds and comparing your asset allocation to target asset allocation suggested through AI powered risk profiling.

  • Working on Virtual Risk Analyser, Virtual Portfolio Analyser and preparing an investment proposal for a client, including portfolio allocation recommendations, long-term macroeconomic outlook, security/fund selection and justification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, practical exposure to investment advisory simulation, hands-on experience of asset allocation using investment advisory tools, and knowledge of AI applications in finance.

  • Enhanced presentation and communication skills, ability to learn about artificial intelligence in portfolio management and participate in mock client meetings to develop communication skills.
