Job Title: Zuora Consultant

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Zuora Associate Consultant. This role requires strong knowledge of implementation, configuration, and support of Zuora features, billing workflows, and troubleshooting.

• Implement and configure Zuora billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans.
• Support integrations between Zuora and external systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Zuora to ensure accurate billing cycles and invoice generation.
• Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Zuora platform (2+ years).
• Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles.
• Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
