Zuora Testing Position

We are seeking a skilled tester to join our team in ensuring the highest quality of Zuora systems, encompassing Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Zuora modules and integrations, with a deep understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules, validating subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems. Additionally, they will create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports, log, track, and manage defects through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora.
  • Brief knowledge of Zuora APIs.
