Job Description:

Evident is building a platform for private market investing. Our blockchain-powered system digitizes the entire asset lifecycle, connecting asset managers with investment partners through a unified system.

We're looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to drive user experience and interface design for our Fintech product while taking ownership of public-facing websites built on Webflow.

This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can create intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and build complex, pixel-perfect websites in Webflow.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless experience for users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

UX/UI Design:

  • Professional experience in designing digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio highlighting UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Webflow Development & Management:

  • Proficient in developing and managing complex websites using Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
