We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our logistics operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and process improvement.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, high productivity levels, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Operational Rigor: Ensure all operational activities are executed with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership, logistics management, or a related field.
  • Advanced Google Sheet and Excel knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
