Marketing Data Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and communication.

About the Role
  • This position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • The successful candidate will create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Candidates will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • This role requires developing predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations is also a crucial aspect of this job.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards is essential.
  • The selected candidate will stay updated on analytical tools, marketing technology, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills Needed
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Skillset: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Productivity: Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
