Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within the organization. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and experience working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and talent databases.

Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely communication with candidates about interview schedules and follow-up.

Assist in preparing hiring managers with candidate profiles and interview guidelines.

Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Assist with preparing and sending candidate offer letters, as needed.

Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and provide insights on sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Assist with creating and maintaining recruitment dashboards and performance tracking systems.

Provide administrative support for talent acquisition activities, including maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist with job postings and manage incoming applications.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must currently be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or have recently graduated. You should also have a strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as high levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
