Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive roadmaps for knowledge capture, standardization, and dissemination, as well as developing and maintaining training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various platforms.

  • Design and implement knowledge transfer strategies to ensure seamless transitions and platform changes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to support upskilling and process changes.
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence and compliance within the organization.
  • Promote effective knowledge sharing and adoption among teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Shared Services or GBS environments, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Strong understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Training (Finance/Accounts is a plus).
  • CPTM/ATD Certification.
  • Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.

Professional Skills

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
