We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a dynamic role.

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to clarify business needs, detecting dependencies, impediments, and potential risks. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in system design and architecture, with high-level designs and architectural blueprints. They will also have excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions leveraging the Spring Framework along with REST Architecture.
  • Ensure the overall quality and fit of the technical solution in addition to the overall performance of the application stack.
  • Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through efficient code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in API architecture Event Driven Architecture and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform.
  • Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze new requirements designing technical architecture and implementing effective solutions.
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
