About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, leading, mentoring, and managing the purchase and store team to achieve departmental targets.
You will also optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency, understand department requirements, club purchase needs, and source accordingly at group level.
- Negotiate with existing and new vendors (OEMs, foreign vendors, distributors) for best pricing and quality.
- Finalize L1/L2 vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.

Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, and supplier management processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive cost efficiency.
