Senior Platform Developer

The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for building an innovative platform leveraging data analytics to drive automated decision-making and smart automation across the full lifecycle of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the proactive, leading, and constructive developer on a squad with crucial remit within the CAT platform.
  • Oversee design, develop, and maintain applications that run Pricing, Risk Scenarios, PnL explain, EOD, and IntraDay risk on Distributed Compute Infrastructure.
  • Liaise with FM Compute and Risk teams to effectively manage resource usage.
  • Apply considerable experience of time series, big data, and general data capture, storage, retrieval, and processing.
  • Work within the ever-evolving framework of Financial Markets specifications and regulations to ensure CAT is using best-in-class technology within approved boundaries.
