Job Opportunity: Lead Power Platform Developer

Description:

The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge solutions utilizing the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and product owners, to understand project requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and support to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and coaching other developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the Low-Code Team.
  • Cultivate T-Shaping and capability growth within the development team, empowering them to take ownership of projects and contribute significantly to the organization's success.
  • Maintain a zero-trust mindset, ensuring that all solutions built on the Power Platform are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Architect to design future-proof Low-code solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Project Management (Add-On for Pune Lead Role):

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the development process to improve developer velocity and efficiency.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
  • Support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on multiple projects simultaneously, promoting seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Platform Governance:

  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identify governance processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
