The opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment exists for an experienced Java Developer.

Our team seeks an individual to deliver innovative solutions by working in a fast-paced, challenging, and enriching setting.

This is a high-growth business, and our solutions are used by enterprise-class customers globally. We utilize a Microservices-based architecture composed of multiple services running on Kubernetes using Docker Containers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality code according to design specifications.
  • Design and implement software solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix complex code defects.
  • Work collaboratively with teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among products.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile framework.
  • Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for product subsystems.
  • Analysis and determination of coding, programming, and integration activities required based on overall objectives and knowledge of the product's architecture.
  • Current Product Engineering (CPE) based on customer-submitted incidents. Experience in troubleshooting and providing solutions for customer issues in complex environments.
  • Collaboration and teamwork are essential, with a focus on collaboration activities. Ability to take up other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent from premier institutions.
  • 3-5 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2+ recent years of experience in developing Microservices using Java, Spring, and deploying them on large-scale environments.
  • Web platform/application development expertise.
  • Fundamentally good programming and debugging skills.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices running on large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in Core and Advanced JAVA Programming, Spring (Boot, REST, JPA), Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in Docker/Container technologies, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and processing them programmatically.
  • User/administration knowledge of Linux Operating System.
  • Database user-level Knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL, Vertica, and Oracle DB.
  • Ability to write and debug complex SQL queries.
  • Exposure to Cloud technologies usage and deployments would be beneficial (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Working experience in Agile environments or Scaled Agile (SAFe).
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional distributed team culture, focusing on teamwork.
  • Experience technically mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Strong Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Understanding of CI-CD/build tools like GIT, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Operations Management Domain.
