Job Overview

This role entails strategic collaboration with stakeholders to drive implementation success.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of complex projects, ensuring seamless customer experience and meeting project timelines.

  • Mentor consulting teams to achieve effective results.
  • Develop and manage large-scale project portfolios, overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle.
  • Create tailored solutions that meet clients' business needs, leveraging expertise in process improvements and system development.
  • Work closely with customers to identify workflow processes and challenges, developing Business Requirements documents and project plans for successful implementation.
  • Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of product suites by collaborating with business analysts.
  • Design engagement strategies, identifying critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction, while meeting project deadlines.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed tasks/activities.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery through standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining checklists.
  • Take overall responsibility for project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including PMO, C-level executives, IT, and operation heads at the customer end.
  • Share best practices, providing not only product consulting but also business consulting based on the domain, industry, or region of the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Expertise in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing multiple project configurations with proven incorporation of structured planning and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at the enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, knowledge on system development, process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise with modelling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engaged in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
