We're seeking a Junior Executive to join our team and help us take our client relationships to the next level. As a key member of our client management team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in social media/account management, or a related role.
