We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to fill Underwriter positions specializing in Income Calculation.

  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in US Mortgage Underwriting with expertise in Income Calculation.
  • Successful candidates will have hands-on experience analyzing W2s, 1040s, pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Immediate joiners only; all interested candidates should be prepared to start work promptly.
  • Location: Pune; this role is based in the office and requires regular attendance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis software, experience with mortgage underwriting tools, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
