System Integration Specialist Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and curious individual to join our team as a System Integration Specialist. This role involves managing firmware upgrades, troubleshooting network issues, and coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

  • Firmware Upgrades: Manage and apply firmware updates based on project needs, coordinate with vendors.
  • Master-Slave Systems: Understand and troubleshoot face registration systems used for workmen tracking.
  • Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Sync Analysis

Identify sync delays and root causes. Monitor time taken for data synchronization across systems. Review and interpret system data to improve performance and reliability.

Vendor Agnostic Approach

Work with multiple vendors without bias, focusing on business needs. Be proactive in learning business processes and applying IT knowledge to improve them.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system design and integration principles
  • Experience with firmware management and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewall settings, and cybersecurity basics
  • Ability to analyze sync delays, error codes, and system logs
  • Familiarity with face recognition systems or similar biometric setups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to biometric systems, or IoT integrations
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.)
  • Familiarity with vendor-neutral platforms and tools
