As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet exacting standards for quality, functionality, and reliability.

The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with both agile and software development experience necessary to elevate our products to the next level with respect to defect rates, automation, and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop tools and tests that create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and automated scripts used in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Execute manual and automated test cases validating functionalities, code quality, and report test results following formal test architectures and project processes.
  • Track key metrics (velocity, code quality, defect density) across all phases, reporting them to management.
  • Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce defects.
  • Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute assigned testing duties.
  • Configure QA performance/load test design and execution for high-performance software environments under load.
  • Incorporate client usage and feedback into test scripts to mimic end-user behavior in QA.
  • Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM or related field required.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Relational database models and GUI tools to interact with them.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Experience testing multi-browser and mobile device systems.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI.
  • API testing experience with JSON, REST, Postman, and JMeter.
