Chief Academic Officer

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Education Leader to join our team as Vice Principal. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership to our school community.

The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing curriculum delivery, faculty management, student discipline, and academic planning, ensuring that our school maintains its culture of excellence and holistic education.

You will assist the Principal in day-to-day school leadership, strategy, and decision-making, while supervising teaching staff, mentoring, training, performance reviews, and lesson planning oversight.

• Lead curriculum implementation as per CISCE, ICSE, ISC requirements.
• Coordinate academic programs, examinations, and results analysis.
• Monitor student discipline, attendance, and well-being in collaboration with teachers and hostel wardens.
• Build strong parent engagement and communication systems.
• Support teacher recruitment, orientation, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with CISCE norms, inspections, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Administrator on operations, budgeting, and school events.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Education, Science, Arts, or Management, with B.Ed mandatory.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in leadership coordination, Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ICSE, ISC curriculum and academic management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken, written, and basic Kannada or Telugu preferred for local coordination.
• Experience in faculty training, school inspections, and academic audits.
• Exposure to residential school systems is a strong plus.
