Community Engagement Specialist

Job Overview:

A Community Engagement Specialist plays a key role in fostering a vibrant, collaborative community by ensuring an exceptional member experience. This involves managing the smooth day-to-day operations of the space and developing strategies to drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Member Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Tours & Onboarding: Conduct tours and lead the onboarding process for new members, providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.
  • Community Development & Engagement: Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration and foster meaningful connections among members.
  • Space & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members and create a welcoming community.
  • Organizational skills to manage the operations and events of the coworking space.
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
