Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing new features for our critical products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement new features for our critical products
  2. Improve application performance, reliability, security and compatibility across platforms
  3. Build modular components, UI style guides and toolkits for re-usability, maintainability and consistency across products
  4. Use innovative UX design patterns to build fast, fluid and intuitive user interfaces
  5. Collaborate with other employees to build prototypes, improve user experience and find new opportunities
  6. Mentor, lead, hire other engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience with Javascript development, preferably NodeJS and React
  • Experience working in technical areas of frontend development, preferably React, Redux, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to build meaningful software solutions
  • Experience using a balanced approach writing clear, maintainable, well-structured code accompanied by useful tests when feasible
  • Experience analyzing, improving, debugging, and optimizing code
  • Clear communication skills
  • Strong reputation for accountability and reliability
  • Comfortable owning projects
  • Will to express opinions respectfully on architecture, product, and UI designs
  • Ability to work in a team but can thrive working independently
