  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Rapidly experiment with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
  • Develop robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, leveraging tools like GA4, GTM, or equivalent.

A successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, a proven track record of managing large ad spends, deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and strong analytical skills.
