Job Title: Power Platform Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the modernization of legacy InfoPath forms into Power Apps within Microsoft 365. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps ensuring efficient replacements.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
