Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Transport Agent to join our dynamic team at Envalior. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and materials, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage and monitor shipment plans, ensuring 100% adherence to schedules.
  • Verify and book transporter invoices in SAP, forwarding to finance for payment.
  • Negotiate and finalize transportation and warehouse contracts.
  • Monitor and control transportation and warehouse costs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales, freight costs, SCM costs, premium freight, and delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage dispatches, maintaining a workload balance at FG warehouses.
  • Handle complaints and insurance processes.
  • Manage special shipment costs, return deliveries, and create routes for MDM.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and freight cost reduction.
Requirements
  • Commerce graduate.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP SD module.
