**Job Highlights**:

- Ensure 100% adherence to shipment plan and ensure that orders are dispatched timely with accuracy.
- Creation of OBD within 24 hrs & have soverview of pending dues, before dispatch
- Verfification & booking of transporter invoices in SAP & forwarding to finance for payment.
- Online auction, Negotiate and Finalize yearly transportation & Warehouse contracts
- Cost monitoring for transportation & warehouses.
- Monthly reporting of Sales report, Per kg freight cost report, SCM cost report, Premium freight report & Delivery efficiency report
- Dispatches Monitoring (Band - +/- 20% of average of total dispatch as per SNOP) to maintain workload at FG warehouses. Manage per day dispatch plan.
- Handling complaints & insurance process
- Responsible for special shipment costs, return deliveries & creation of routes for MDM.
- Ensure on time delivery.
- Freight cost reduction.

**Requirements**:

- Commerce graduate
- Ability to work within multicultural environment
- Excellent Inter-personal & communication skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems - SAP - SD module
