Our team is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to optimize our MarTech infrastructure, drive demand generation, and enhance marketing performance through automation, analytics, and strategic execution.

  • Owning and optimizing marketing operations across CRM, automation, and revenue enablement will be a key responsibility of this role.
  • The successful candidate will lead B2B and B2G demand generation strategies to fuel pipeline growth and accelerate revenue.
  • This position requires the ability to drive ABM execution with personalized, data-driven engagement for enterprise accounts.
  • We are looking for someone who can implement advanced marketing analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and predictive insights.

In addition to owning and optimizing marketing operations, this role will also involve:

  • Strategic leadership: Aligning marketing, sales, and revenue operations to drive business growth.
  • Marketing operations and revenue enablement: Optimizing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), lead scoring, and MarTech integrations.
  • Demand generation and ABM execution: Overseeing multi-channel B2B and B2G campaigns across digital, email, events, and paid media.
  • Data analytics and performance measurement: Developing dashboards and KPIs to track marketing ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Process optimization and efficiency: Implementing automation and workflow improvements to enhance execution speed and accuracy.

A successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience in marketing operations and revenue enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field is preferred.
