Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality building services design solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for undertaking detailed electrical engineering designs and calculations using industry-leading software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative electrical design solutions from concept to tender for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, schedules, design reports, and innovative design solutions.
  • Manage Revit input for the production of design work and ensure project delivery to the highest technical standard.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
  • Represent the company in client, site, and external design team meetings.
  • Produce and review reports, presentations, models, and drawings with accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BEng) or Master's degree (MEng) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer on complex building services projects.
  • Broad design knowledge covering the full project lifecycle – from concept to tender – using Indian and International codes.
  • Strong expertise in electrical building services design, calculations, and sustainability principles.
  • Domain knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, Amtech, and other electrical design software.
