Job Title: Technical Lead

As a seasoned leader in the field of artificial intelligence, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy large language models and Gen AI applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.

You will leverage cloud-based services, including Azure AI, to build and deploy innovative AI/Gen AI solutions.

Proficiency in Python is required, as well as experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.

Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain or equivalent frameworks is also desired.

A rich experience in designing, developing and deploying advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions is essential.

A strong understanding of large language models, vector databases and embedding techniques is required.

Evaluating and implementing different embedding models and chunking strategies is also necessary.

Designing and implementing agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions and interact with other systems or users effectively is crucial.

Applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA) and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks is also desirable.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar is highly valued.

Collaborating with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing and management for AI applications is essential.

Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years.
  • Master's degree in computer science or information technology.
