Lead AI Solutions Architect

As a key team member, the Lead AI Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms, with a proven track record of measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design cost-efficient architecture aligned to the overall architectural vision
  • Implement major/complex parts of the product
  • Take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate complete development
  • Own product releases, pre-plan infrastructure, and scale accordingly
  • Communicate clear goals, provide feedback, manage, coach, and support engineering teams
  • Maintain high code quality through regular design and code reviews
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus
