The Role & Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our finance team in India, supporting our leadership team with key business initiatives, financial information, and operational analytics. You will work closely with our General Manager to drive growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for ensuring proper governance and controls over marketing expenses and fixed costs, driving ROI mindset, and delivering transparent reporting of marketing performance. You will also partner with marketing to increase sales and profitability through improved decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial acumen and strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and support our General Managers in running their operations as businesses.
  • Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and recommending corrective actions.
  • Responsible for overall cash flow and working capital management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Seeking new growth prospects for the business unit.
  • Managing country cluster/division P&L and Balance sheet, Profitability analysis of existing portfolio by category and customer.
  • Leading the Regional budgeting and forecasting process, including goal setting, monthly variance analysis, and peer group metrics for the region.

  • Understanding of India market laws, taxation, regulations, and guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
