API Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced API Management professional to join our team. This is a fully remote position.

  • Design and develop robust, secure APIs using Apigee Edge, Hybrid, or X.
  • Implement API policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, API Key, traffic management, and mediation.
  • Collaborate with application teams to support API integration and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).
  • Build CI/CD pipelines for Apigee deployment using Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API behavior using Apigee Analytics and API Monitoring.
Key Skills:
  • Apigee API Management (Edge / Hybrid / X)
  • RESTful API Design, API Security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS)
  • CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
  • API Documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
  • Programming Experience (Java / Node.js / Python basic scripting support)
  • Docker, Kubernetes (for containerization and deployment)
  • Apigee Analytics and Monitoring
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with FileNet integration
  • Familiarity with GCP infrastructure and monitoring
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps practices
