Integration Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.

The role involves connecting complex enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance. As an Integration Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement modern integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and event-driven architectures.
  • Define and implement integration contracts and manage exception handling mechanisms for reliable communication between Oracle and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to align architectural designs with business objectives.
  • Work closely with SAP and Oracle teams to define integration touchpoints, schemas, data flows, and security models.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and developers.
  • Oversee API lifecycle management using Azure API Management, including versioning, throttling, and access control policies.
  • Define API standards, design guidelines, and enforce API governance processes.
  • Guide the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Review code, integration artifacts, and documentation to ensure alignment with architecture and design principles.
  • Support developers in troubleshooting issues and provide best-practice guidance.
  • Enforce Azure security best practices such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and identity management.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in integration architecture, particularly using Azure Integration Services.
  • Hands-on expertise in Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and related services.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth2, and messaging patterns.
  • Proven experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), data mapping, and transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and event-driven design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
