About the Role:

As a Senior Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.">
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.">
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.">
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.">
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.">

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.">
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.">
