Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team and play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled analyst to leverage their expertise in data-driven decision making and drive measurable business growth.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end performance analysis, develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Developing and owning advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth
  • Partnering with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization
  • Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to building a data-driven culture within the organization
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Ads, and emerging channels
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders
