We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented WordPress developer to join our remote team.

  • About the Role:
  • The Ideal Candidate: Is fluent in English, skilled at turning Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites, and able to work effectively in a small collaborative team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Implementation: Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress websites, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver high-quality websites on time.
  • Deployment and Troubleshooting: Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth website launches.
  • Error Debugging and Testing: Efficiently debug, test, and fix errors while maintaining clean, modular code.
  • Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Plugin and Integration Management: Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, native-level English, and ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in WordPress, Figma, basic proficiency in Drupal Commerce, and skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL.
  • Design and UX Awareness: Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, functional builds, basic understanding of UX principles, and attention to detail.
  • Best Practices: Performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and familiarity with Core Web Vitals and Google PageSpeed Insights.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with animations or micro-interactions from Figma.
  • Experience with App Development and Deployment.
