To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Knowledge of software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper (a plus)

You will be responsible for providing input into tender documents, contractor specifications, and technical reports. Additionally, you will consult with engineers and architects, explaining complex concepts to non-technical clients. If you have experience in Middle East projects and design of sustainable developments or masterplans, it would be an added advantage.
