ERP Systems Analyst Job

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The selected candidate must have experience in creating complex business requirement documents at a high level of detail without AI assistance. Additionally, the ability to integrate AI-driven capabilities into ERP modules is essential.

This role requires a foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation. Collaboration with global teams, specifically US-based personnel, is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  2. Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  3. Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  4. Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  5. Leverage knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Developer background.
  • Cursory knowledge of SQL.
Agile Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • Ability to lead scrum meetings a plus.
Communication:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
