Job Title: Senior AI/ML Specialist

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in data science, business analysis, and AI/ML to join our team.

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-related initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science (Python).
  • Proven experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, and hold professional certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science.
