Workday Data Conversion Specialist Role Overview

To excel in this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the seamless migration of data into our systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices. They will work closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate data from multiple source systems through thorough analysis and planning.
  • Develop and implement EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors through meticulous examination.
  • Create and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role is essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical skills are crucial.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary.
