Job Title: Tax Analyst I, Federal Tax

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Federal Tax Compliance and Reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal tax returns and audit-ready workpapers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to drive process improvements. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our Tax Technology team to facilitate streamlining and automation.

You will work closely with our team to prepare responses and schedules for IRS income tax audits. In addition, you will need to keep up-to-date on tax law and its organizational impact.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department.
