Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation of business tax returns in compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns for businesses (Forms 1120, 1120S & 1065)
  • Perform tax data entry using tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, Drake, etc.)
  • Organize and analyze client-provided tax documentation
  • Apply proper tax treatment based on current IRS guidelines and client-specific situations
  • Communicate with tax managers and reviewers to clarify issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Review prior-year returns to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain documentation and working papers in accordance with firm policies
