Job Description

The role of Associate Project Manager is a dynamic and challenging position that involves coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Key responsibilities include breaking down projects into manageable actions, setting timeframes, liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives, assigning tasks to internal teams, and assisting with schedule management.

Additionally, you will analyze risks and opportunities, oversee project procurement management, monitor project progress, and handle any issues that arise.

As the point of contact, you will communicate project status to all participants, work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers, use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, and ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.

Experience as an Associate Project Manager is essential. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
