Job Summary

This role involves designing plumbing and firefighting systems, including construction documents, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop plumbing and firefighting systems for various projects.
  • Create construction documents and specifications for these systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate and select equipment and materials for system implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of National and International Design codes.
  • Conduct water demand analysis and create water mass diagrams as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical/plumbing & firefighting systems engineering design.
  • Strong understanding of Auto-CAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Plumbing SLD software.
  • Knowledge of Steam, Utility, and Process engineering is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • PMP certification or similar project management qualifications.
