Senior Plumbing Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive design solutions for plumbing and firefighting systems, aligning with architect layouts, client requirements, and specifications.
- Create tender drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems (waste, soil, rainwater, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire extinguisher).
- Provide detailed calculations as needed.
- Prepare shop drawings for submission and resubmission (plumbing, Fire Fighting System drawing).
- Select and prepare materials for presentation.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and technical documents when necessary.
- Extract BOQ of firefighting and plumbing systems (sprinkler head, pipe, sanitary fixture unit).
- Compile information on design, structural specifications, material, equipment, estimated cost, and construction time.
- Collaborate with consultants to determine MEP function and spatial requirements.
- Closely coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Architect, and Structure Teams.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents. Plan project layouts.
- Prepare scale drawings.
- Collaborate with supervisors in preparing technical reports and installation on site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Compile Project Schedule, Design, and Construction documentation.
- Generate Progress Reports, Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
- Compile Material Lists.
- Compile Costing for Bidding purposes.
- A minimum of 10-25 years of experience is required.
