Drive Business Growth with Data Analysis

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves working from raw data to actionable insights, driving data-backed decisions for retail and online channels.

  • Analyse sales, customer behaviour, pricing performance, and inventory levels.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Create dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Tableau, track KPIs across retail and e-commerce.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
